  • Cloisonné Pins Cloisonné Pins Our jewelry quality pins feature exceptional detail and color. Flat brass is struck with a hand engraved steel die to form the design. Colored glass compounds or resins are applied to the valleys of the die struck emblem. After firing, pins are polished to a smooth, brilliant luster. PMS colors can be matched using our resin process.
  • Metallic Pins Metallic Pins Our metallic emblems provide the look of fine jewelry at an attractive price. Backgrounds are sandblasted to a matte, textured or antique finish and raised areas are hand polished to a high luster. Metallic Pins can be die-struck, or if the image requires greater depth and dimension, can be produced using a modeled die. Choose from Gold, Silver, Bronze, Copper or Nickel plating.
  • Soft Enamel Pins Soft Enamel Pins Our die-struck, baked enamel process provides an attractive, colorful emblem at a lower price than Cloisonné. These pins are available in either a die-struck version, or in an etched version to capture fine details. PMS color matching is available.
  • Photo Process Pins Photo Process Pins Reproduce your photograph, negative or computer generated artwork as attractive pins. Unique special effects are possible, including half tones and shading. The image you provide is photographically reproduced onto a laminated decal and affixed to a polished brass finding. PMS color matches are not available. Epoxy Domes may be added for extra protection.
  • Silk Screen Pins Silk Screen Pins Achieve fine detail with an unlimited number of colors using our silk-screened process. Vibrant PMS color matched enamels are silk-screened onto gold or silver plated brass findings. Protective epoxy domes are available.
